Michelle, if you use Lee Staffords double blow volumising mousse on wet hair then again when it's dry you will have a big blow out. Then go through with a curling iron and when you are done with the whole head flick your head downwards (like to touch your toes) and give it a good rub and when you flick your hair back it will be like this!! I also used got2b hairspray glued. It's fantastic :D hope this helps!
