Look for a range with no harsh chemicals - maybe an organic range, and do a patch test first to make sure you won't react. It might take several tries to find the right moisturiser but you'll get there :)

Try Aveeno or Simple or neutrogena and I would definitely use something with SPF in it for the summer and a regular cream for night time. sensitive skin doesn't do well when it gets burned. I have really sensitive skin and Aveeno and simple have really worked for me, but everyones skin is different. mine is also oily in my t zone area and I can get acne easy when the moisturizer is too heavy because my skin can't breath well. so if you have acne prone or oily skin find something light... lighter moisturizer is better for the summer.

I agree with Ashley. I LOVE anything by Aveeno. When I was a child my dermatologist rec'd Aveeno products to my mom to combat my eczema & dry skin issues. I'm STILL using Aveeno products today so obviously they are really great.
