I don't know where your from but I'm from England so mine are from a shop called bershka, they're low heel coz I'm 5'8 and they're like yours but black with an ankle strap and a strap across the toes! Very chic and go well with anything. Mine are quite rihanna / Kim k apart from the low heel.
