Try a white tanktop and a white cardigan over it or any little caridgan or denim jacket over the tanktop.

I would maybe get a neutral color thrown into the mix. Whether it be a black tank or plain white shorts. I recommend a messy bum with some black/brown sandals.

I don't think that it's the best. Only because the patterns clash. Maybe you could try a more simple top. Also, you could try basic white shorts. They go with most everything.

I see those blue shorts and a white plain or preferably graphic tee and I see the shirt with plain black shorts NO jewelry except for maybe earrings...and black/red heels/flat😊👍

And for hair I like a side braid when I wear shorts I don't really know why but I recommend a French braid😊
