My hair used to, I'll tell you what I did in a sec but you have to make sure that you aren't on any medication that has hair loss as a side effect. first get rid of all your split ends, they're only making your hair weaker and causing it to fall more. then adopt a hot oil routine twice a week (busy during the week? you can do it on Saturday and Sunday every weekend). Almond oil and grapeseed oil are the best to use for hair fall, and coconut oil helps in keeeping the hair healthy. you can find a preprepared hot oil, or combine the oils I mentioned in a bottle and sit it in a pot of hot water to heat it before each use. if you're making your own, you can leave it on all day (at least half an hour) and wash out with your shampoo. you should notice a difference, good luck!

Nice to know ladies! I always wondered about mane and tail. I had heard good and bad things about it. Does the oil have to be really hot Anupa?

Get your thyroid levels checked. there's always a reason hair falls out. that was mine... I have a whole blog on it - www.rayannesthoughts.blogspot.com.

Seconded on getting your thyroid checked if its falling out really badly. Just make sure you've got a healthy diet, drink plenty of water. Your hairs health depends on yours!
If it is falling out in very serious amounts and there's not other health reason look into getting Nioxin. It's pricey, but a lot of woman finishing chemo/radiation purchase it to help the regrowing process. It essentially gives your hair the most ideal scalp environment to promote growth and health.
