I have naturally curly hair but I flat iron it every two weeks. Now, I'm wearing my hair curly but it's straighter instead of spiralling like it used to be. How do I get my curls back and reduce heat damage?

Try to use a shampoo for controlling the curls, and don't comb your hair when it's wet..and to reduce the heat damage use a protecting spray.

Use a strong hair mask once a weak to undo some damage and if you are going to use heat on it use protectant like Menna said :)
