Hey Beauties! I'm new to the wonders of the gel world, been faithful to liquid lol. My first and only gel liner is Maybeline (studio?). My question is: do i need to set the liner with a shadow, or is it all set?

It should be all set, unless you're using it on the waterline.
By the way, I'm in LOVE with Maybelline black gel liner, it is to DIE for.
