I agree with the above. I don't think a full face on a young girl is all that appropiate but 13 is an agr where you want to expreriment with your look. As someone has already posted a palette would be great for you as you will have lots of colours to work with and that will help you find colours that suit you.

For young girls the best colors are creams nudes and very pale pinks. They allow you to add some shimmer and definition while still retaining your youth.
