Covergirl 3 in 1 or Revlon Colorstay, maybe try using Milk of Magnesia as a primer, that way any foundation will work for you :)

You can still use your Rimmel (I love it) but make sure you set it with Rimmel stay matte and it will last all day looking great! x

Well using a good translucent powder would help with oiliness and would also set liquid foundation really well. I think that just powder foundation works best for really oily skin but I guess if you're wanting more coverage then you would have to use wax or liquid foundation if powder isnt enough.
My favourite powder foundation are MAC mineralised powder foundation and Starlooks powder foundation. Hope this helps! x

Oh also make sure to have a good skincare regime and try not to use to many products right before you actually start doing your makeup, as I find foundation just kinda slides off... x

No it's like coffee cream haha :) Eve it's not just at walmart, it's a common laxative and should be found at any nearby supermarkets/pharmacies :)
