I actually spoke to a member of nix cosmetics about the contest. and she explained it all to me...
They will judge on likes but they are keeping the amount of subs in mind.

i agree, some people have GREAT looks but not a lot of subbies so they get less likes while famous gurus get thousands of likes and might not be as good. thats why im not joining.
