A vinegar rinse. I'm a swimmer & it works great :) wash your hair, dump 4 cups of vinegar in your hair. Rinse after each cup & then wash your hair again. :)

Rinse your hair off BEFORE you go swimming. Especially when you're swimming in pools. If your hair is already saturated its harder for chlorine to penetrate the hair shaft. Also you could put conditioner in your hair and then wear a swim cap (not the most glamorous, but it'll help).
