Kristen , I believe they work on commission. What I do is that I go do something else in the store and then come back and see if I can work with them. :) but as always,follow what feels good to you and what brings you joy in that situation. :)

Not sure on the commission part, but if you have girls who know your colours and aren't only out to sell you anything they can. Those you know will only give what will look good on you.

They work on commission in Nordstroms for sure, that I know. So if you have girls there I would wait for them.
