Are the 24 Hour Color Tattoos kinda like MAC Paint Pots? I don't have either but should I just get the MAC ones or are the Color Tattoos so similar that I shouldn't splurge? Thanks for any input!

They are really good, I have 5 of them and they are really good bases.

Hi Mia,as for Base or just by itself I think maybelline color tattoos have more staying power but it's a bit more stiff on the eye lid it's not a full blown eye cover type of shadow and as for paint pot I'm really not a fan it creases on my lids and breaks away.I know some people love it, so I would try one of each and see if it's for you :-) just a tad different in texture and result.

I have both. I use the color tattoo for a base mostly. I use my Mac paintpot by itself and as a base. They both work the same.

IME, MAC painterly paint pot has worked better than UD eye potion and the color tattoos.
