I heard this is a great dupe/substitute for the famous and expensive naked palettes since it has many of the colors found in both. Is it worth the buy though? Like is the pigmentation very good quality?

I don't own the primal instincts palette but a friend does and I use hers whenever she lets me. I love it! I like it more than the Naked Palette because the Naked palette has more shades with heavier shimmer and micro glitter, and I don't like glittery shadows personally. The pigmentation is great and it's very blendable for me. I apply NARS eye primer, Makeup Forever HD micro powder, and then the shadow!

I can't tell you about the Sephora one (they are NOT cruelty-free so I won't use them), but theBalm Nude Tude palette is cheaper than the Naked Palette and I love it.
