Not to keen on the shoes with the skirt maybe a skinny jeans with a bright top I would definitely put something bright or colourful with those shoes not black.

I would say a white skinny jean or pants or skirt with a colorful shirt that has that blue in it if not a plain shirt w/ colorful accessories (: and have fun at the party (: and I love love love the color of your shoes :D.
