I love the idea of lushes lashes but I can't pull of red lipstick unless I have a really pale eye. But I think I'll practice a smokey eye and putting on lashes. Thanks a lot!

I love red lips with a silver dress. I would do a summer red (Lady Danger by MAC), neutral shadow with liquid liner and lots of mascara. Keep it simple and classic.
