I get them. It's where are growing inside and then the keep going until they are outside. The best way to make them less noticeable is to get a tan. Adry is right too, waxing would pull the whole hair out therefore getting rid of all the hair and the bluey black spots. Hope I helped :)

I have them too, and I went to a dermatologist and he told me they were a part of my genetics, so if you have had them for as long as you can remember, I'd think yours is apart of your genetics too.

I get them too! If you look closely it looks like little hair inside the dots I don't know how to get rid of them either I've always had them

I get them too! But honestly it doesn't really matter. People aren't going to be staring at your legs and judging you based on them. You may feel very self conscious about it, but other people are too caught up in their own insecurities to notice yours ;)

I agree with Megan about the tanning. The only problem with waxing is that you have to let it grow out to wax again.

I have those too sometimes but mine are a little bigger and on my calf. Instead if shaving try like nair or something and if you do shave make sure your water is hot enough to open your pores. After you shave rinse with cold water and moisturize!

I get them too. Ingrown hairs? Use warm water on them and tweeze them.
