Just started co-washing a few weeks ago and feel like my hair is looking a bit heavy/greasy/limp. I run a lot (so sweat a lot) and also have lots of wavy but fine hair. I have been using a good pureology conditioner but maybe I need something lighter? I appreciate your tips and advice on what's worked for you! Thanks!!

As I Am has a good coconut oil co-wash. It's made specifically for co-washing. It's the only conditioner so far that makes my hair feel clean. I wouldn't use it as a conditioner though. Just a co-wash.

I second on As I Am. It is light but it rinses out very well and doesn't leave the hair feeling heavy. I've been using it for several months and love it. You can pick it up at Sally's Beauty Supply for under $10 bucks ($7.99 to be exact).
