I dyed my hair vibrant red a couple of months ago and now it won't go away. I went to a salon she put a dark brown supposedly will " cover" the red and you could still see hints of it.

Could try a colour stripper? Anything to remove colour though will damage your hair

Red is the hardest color to get to stay in your hair, and the hardest to get out.
Your best bet it to just let it fade over time, then have the brown red done and very specifically say you want the red neutralized. This will effect the formula the colorist will use.

I just had the the same problem. I bought a your black color because I love my hair black wellll lol the blue made the red purple now I have black hair with a purple tint it actually looks pretty exotic now lol I like it

Mix equal parts of gone and conditioner and leave in for about an hour. It will lighten the hair a bit but it gets rid of the red really well.
