I adore the classy pin up look, and am working on the style, but there's not much i can find makeup-wise other than the standard red lips, bold eyebrows, and simple winged eyeliner. Any suggestions for a more unique look that's still pin up?

Depending on which decade you're interested in most, there are more options. Dita Von Teese (a pinup model) has tutorials in her book Burlesque/Fetish and the Art of the Teese, for the 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s. For more of a 30s look, you could do smokier eye, pale skin and dark burgandy lips. For more of a 40s look you can play with the eye shadow (baby pinks, lilacs) or if you feel the makeup isn't bold enough, play with your hair! There are many bold hairstyles from this time, including bumper bangs, liberty rolls, etc. If you're super interested, go to Amazon or Ebay and look for vintage hairstyle/makeup books. There are plenty out there! Here is a good example.

Aah, Thank you very much :D i will definately do that.

You can def. do different bold lip colors as a statement lip w/ the traditional minimal cat-eye! Instead of doing reds, you can always try oranges, corals or fuschia lips! The hair and wardrobe styling usually takes the rest of the look home with pin-up shoots. =)

Another fetish model to look into that is a fav of mine is Masuimi Max. She models for www.pinupgirlclothing.com and she eats fire! [super hot!] =P

If you browse around that site, they do a fusion of rockabilly/pin-up/goth looks that is really cute. Good luck!

I think the hair really adds to the vintage look beside just doing the cat eye and bold lips! Here is my vintage look :
