Value, quality, or packaging.
Value meaning the price of the product.
Quality meaning how good the product is.
And packaging meaning how the product looks.
I mostly go by value because there is good products out there for less then $20 but once in a while I do spend a bit more for the quality. :)

Both quality and value. Cause I have a limit I set for my self. "If It's way over my budget after I get the stuff that I need (clothes, shoes, hair stuff. Etc) than I can't get it" lol.

Definitely quality over everything else, but I'm a sucker for cute packaging!

I kind of think that value and quality go hand in hand. For instance, if a product has great value, but crappy quality then it's a waste of money (and vice versa). I usually do lots of research on any product I want to buy so I can get a general idea of if it has a good quality and value. :) The only reason I would ever really care about packaging would be if it would affect the product. Other than that I could care less.
