I'm with Sherry. That look is too casual for an interview, even at a restaurant. Too low cut, pants look like denim, makeup (though beautifully done) is too much. I would change the pants to slacks, pick a higher cut camisole or a different blouse, and go a little more natural with the makeup. Interview attire is professional because you are showing respect to the manager, whom is taking time from their schedule to meet you.
