Go to the Dr and have them clean it out...lol if they are caked that sounds like a LOT of wax build up. you'll have to go get drops from the Dr and use it until the wax is softened and go back to have them clean them out.

Ear candles! You can get them at any health vitamin shop or gnc. They work Ahhhhhmazing! After doing them over a couple of months yoy can feel when your ears are clogged!

Start cleaning them with a q tip soaked in witch hazel. It works very well.
