Yes. Only use it sparingly but I find its a great product. It has panthenol in it (vitamin b) which coat the cuticle and give it thickness and volume. Only buy it from a salon or hairdresser though, if you find it in longs or target it's either really old (with lots of bacteria) a counterfeit product (meaning maybe dish soap) or stolen.
