They seem more navy/blue toward the outer area and green/brown near the pupil. Maybe you can try a gold + brown gradient eyeshadow! The greenish glitters you have on right now definitely being out your eyes but the navy shadow dulls it. Beautiful color though :)

Ah, I looked at your profile and your eyes are a dark cool-tinted green :) so greyish without being blue if that makes sense.
