Maybelline makeup remover! (the clear and pink bottle with oil in it. not the blue one that's oil free) I wear waterproof and it comes right off. you can get it at any store under 5 dollars.

Just put a little bit of olive oil on your lashes and run a makeup wipe on your closed eye. its comes right off(:

I use an oil based makeup remover and soak a cotton pad in it. Then I let it sit on my eye for a minute and wipe away!

Maybelline Clean Express Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover.
I love this stuff. It's in the pink bottle, it's oil free, gentle, and breaks up the makeup amazingly fast and well.
