It honestly depends where I am and what is available to me. Sometimes I sit at the desk specifically for my makeup, but as I am on the go a lot, and do work on close friends (not a professional, by any means), I keep most of my must haves in a train case. So I catch myself doing my makeup in the bathroom, standing.

I stand in the bathroom, alternating looking in the bathroom mirror to see how symmetrical things look, and looking in a compact to see every little detail close up. I can't sit for some reason, I get too into it and feel like I have better control over my brushes and application when standing. I'm odd
