No ones face is completely symmetrical. For the most part the lack of symmetry isn't noticed unless really looked for (or defined like what happens with your cheeks). The one for me that annoys me most (which even this I tend to forget about half the time) is the right side of my chin sticks out a little farther than the left. You can actually feel the bone is slanted like that.
