How do I delete a photo?

I've uploaded the same photo twice and want to get rid of it but I can't find a delete button! I've selected 'Your Photos' from the drop down menu and clicked on a picture but still there is no delete button. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong or missing?

If you go into your add/edit photos menu and you click on a photo...below the photo there should be a delete button.

Make sure it is not your profile photo, if it is, you have to select another one before.
