Laura Mercier do wonderful foundations for dry skin, but they are a bit pricey so I suggest asking for a sample beforehand. For a light coverage, their original Tinted Moisturiser is my holy grail. For a fuller, flawless coverage, the Silk Creme one is beautiful.
For something cheaper, I suggest the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum. :)

Glad to help you girls. :) I also recommend to use a setting spray to set your makeup instead of powder which will help to hydrate your skin too!

The Urban Decay Dew Me is fantastic. I alternate in between that and the Urban Decay All Nighter, depending on how dry my skin feels on a specific day, but you really don't need both. I'd just stick with Dew Me.

Fix your dry skin with a moisturizer and/or primer. Choose your foundation for coverage you need. Powders are not recommended for dry skin because they have skin drying ingredients like kaolin, talc, mica etc. Use a rich night cream and light day lotion/
primer so your foundation doesn't slide thru the day

i've got normal skin, but on a daily basis i prefer using foundations that moisturizes my skin. i would recommend the body shop's extra virgin-foundations, they're really hydrating, cowers up well and are light weight.
