Does it help with eyebrow growth?

I would NOT recommend petroleum jelly on your face! Especially near the eyes. It is too thick and can cause cysts on eyes , it doesn't do much good! I recommend coconut oil.

No it's an old wives tale. There is an eyelash growth product on another site that's inexpensive and you can use above , below and on eyebrows if you want. Also avoid fake eyelashes as you'll lose more in the end with the glue ingredients, etc. Eat protein, take biotene and other vitamins if your diet is lacking too.

Agree with Alondra G, please never use any petroleum product on face rather massage it with Castor Oil or Coconut Oil...
