My nails will NOT grow. I rarely ever bite them, but they will not grow. What can I do? (I do not want fake nails.)

Tap them on hard surfaces to increase blood circulation to the finger tips, consume lots of protein, and use clear coat to strengthen them :)

Well, something I've used that actually works is Sally Hansen's vitasurge growth gel. You massage it onto your nails daily and it helps them grow naturally with a stronger hold. If that doesn't work, try massaging your cuticles. Beneath the cuticles are matrix cells that hell the nail grow. Getting more circulation may help your nails grow. Sorry this is long, but I hope it helps.
