I have found that putting two spoons in the freezer then placing the main part over your eyes helps reduce puffiness! Also, when removing makeup, I highly recommend using a GENTLE eye makeup remover as this will help to not place as much pressure on your eyes. Hope this helps! What is it swollen from? Is it just swollen or is it a bruise? I always ice to reduce swelling and after I drink green tea ill put the bag on the swollen area. Kind of weird but it works.

So sorry, my teacher walked by and I didn't get to finish that hahaha. Brew a green tea bag and then wait for it to cool down just a bit (you still want it to be hot just don't burn yourself) then set it on your eye until it cools down :)
