If you had to give advise to someone with acne, what would it be?

Stay confident because I know personally that it can really hurt one's confidence, and also don't over stress about it because the more you focus on it, the worse it seems. As far as skin care advice, I try to stay away from really harsh acne treatments because they strip the skin and irritate the acne even more, and if you have severe acne (or nothing is working for you) go see a dermatologist because they'll know what to do. Sorry for the long post lol, hoped this helped!

Well, there are a lot of products that shouldn't be use. They are unhealthy. Ex. Proactive is bad for the skin because if chemicals in it.
It depends on your skin really and what causes the acne. If your hair is oily, touching your face or it could be just the skin that causes it.
So avoid touching your face. I use lemon juice on my face then let it dry. (Keep the lemon juice natural) and if the hair is oily just do something to make it less oily. ^_^

Also don't cut off dairy, it's not healthy for you. Your body needs the calcium which it gets most of from dairy products. I rather have acne for a while and then have it disappear later rather than have no acne and then have bone problems forever.
