I'm not sure if you can get rid of if but you can bear with it! :) use oil free moisturizer. Also using a silicone based primer helps aaaalllllllot. Especially if you top it off with a silicone based foundation. Clear away oily foundations/bb creams. Don't forget to top off your make up with a loose powder. Hope this helps! :)

I use clean and clear morning burst face wash in the morning (it's in a green bottle) and it's made for oily skin, and the also have a cleanser and I like them both tons. :)

Milk of magnesia well decently get rid of oil on your skin, it not only gets rid of oil but works well as a primer! I totally recommend milk of magnesia, life saver!

I put rubbing alcohol on my face every other day, it reduces some pimples and takes out most oils. But if you do it to much, your face will dry out and nothing can hide it.
