I've tried pretty much everything but I don't know what it is. It looks like a pimple without a head but it's been like this for days.

It could be a bug bite, or just a tender pimple. Try just letting it sit for a few days. Don't poke at it too much because that will irritate it.

It might be a cystic pimple.. Put Vicks vapo rub, it work so well! Don't worry I was afraid to you use at first, but it seriously saved my skin?
