If you have dry skin you will rinse with cold water if you have oily skin you would use warmer water maybe its cuz of the temp of the water.. try using luke warm water to rinse in stead of hot or cold and after that use moisterizer

Washing your face with cold or hot water is another common beauty myth. And washing your face with really cold or really hot will obviously ruin your skin even more.
What you need to do is wash your face in a circular motion for a count of ten Mississippi's. Afterwards use a toner if you do and then moisturize. You can use oils to moisturize your skin as they work better than creams and don't cause oily skin or pores as people think. A good store bought cleanser is Cetaphil but the cleanser I use and prefer is just baking soda with water to create a thick paste. Remember when you wash your face to do It in soft circular motions so it won't irritate your skin.
