All you can do for now is try to cover it up. Don't try to remove the hair growing back yet...wait until its long enough and then wax. Keep waxing and eventually the shadow will go away. Use a full coverage foundation in the meantime!

Use a good concealer for now makeup forever has a good concealer or if you want from a cheaper brand use hard candy from Wal-Mart there concealer is really really good. Once the hair comes out wax it girl. No more shaving :)

A shade lighter than your complexion concealer and a full coverage foundation should take care of it!

If you choose bleach once youve put it on move it around to see the color of the hair and take the bleach off once the hair blends in withyour skin. jolen is the brand I use you can find it at sallys or walmart.

I'd bleach it until it's long enough to wax, then go get it waxed. I work at a Smart Style, those salons you see inside walmart, we only charge like $10.70(the.70 being tax) for waxing. It's obviously more if you get more than one thing done, but like $10 isn't bad to get your lip done considering Ulta charges $20 for just eyebrows. But waxing is definitely the best way to go.

I would wax whatever is there and keep waxing whatever hair can be removed then eventually will not be noticeable. I bought a Gigi wax kit off eBay and I wax my legs everything myself!!

Thanks , everyone.
But is it okay to bleach and use concealer? Or should I do only one?

Bleach at night, put something to soothe your skin on, and then you can conceal if most of the irritation is gone.
