I'm riding the struggle bus. How do I apply fake lashes and get them to stay with me? I have glue, lashes and liner and tweezers.

She doesn't mention this in the video but I like to bend/flex the lashes before putting them on.

It's very important to get a quality lash glue. I like Revlon's Lash Adhesive ($8). For beginners, get one with a clear finish so it's easier to tell when it's dried.

Start by applying a thin layer of glue on the lashband. The Revlon lash glue has a brush tip applicator so it's easy to just paint some on.

Let it get tacky. Wait about 30sec-1 min. It's so important to let it get sticky or they'll slide around the lid.

Push on the lashes starting at the inner corner. Press them on as close to the real lashes as possible, NOT on top of them. Start bending the falsies to match the shape of your eye. Press as you go. Readjust as necessary. Keep gentle and still.

Good luck!
