Coconut oil helps with acne. When I lived up north I had dry skin and it was great for morning and night. But now I live in the south with oily skin. So I only use it at night and mac green gel cleanser in the morning

My skin was terrible until I tried Oxy pads for sensitive skin (mine is so dry & the regular pads dry it out). I'm sure you could use either/or since your skin type is oily.
for your back, ProActive has bars of soap that they sell. I've heard LOTS of good things about it, but really it's about playing around with products & finding what your skin likes best; everyone's is different.

Since your skin is oily you need something with salicylic acid. this is what I use..

Cetaphil
Benzoyl peroxide (clean and clear persa gel 5 or 10 is great)
African black soap
Cinnamon honey mask
Aspirin masks
