Use baking soda I know it tastes like shit lol but it does magic BUT use it only once a week...gd luck dear.

Make sure to use a SMALL amount only. otherwhise it will burn your gingiva. when mixing the bakibg soda with strawberrrlies the result is even better and it tastes better also.

You don't need to use actual baking soda. There's a bunch of toothpaste that comes with baking soda in it

If you're looking for a baking soda toothpaste, look out for Arm And Hammer - they do baking soda toothpastes which have qualities like whitening etc :) xx
