It shrinks pores and cleanses the skin, creates evenness on the face. I love Laura Mercier's Perfecting Water and The Body Shop's tea tree toner. :)

A toner is user after you cleanse and exfoliate your skin... It closes your pores reducing their visibility... It also removes excess dirt and oil off your face... I use witch hazel, its very inexpensive and it works great...
