Whatever you do...DONT USE A RAZOR! I used to use one for my eyebrows when I was younger (and stupider) and I ended up shaving half of my eyebrows off (like 3 times) and they've never grown back the same. so I suggest going to a professional is you need more than just a few little hairs pulled.

NEVER USE A RAZOR. Threading, waxing or plucking, they all eventually reduce hair growth as they all pull out the hair from its root. Focus on getting your eyebrows back first.

If you'd like to get some fullness back to help give you some leeway when shaping try using a generic version of Latisse. It can help them grow back in so you will have more to work with. After you have regained your fullness I, personally, would pluck because of control. One hair will make a lot of difference, so go slowly and back away from the mirror often to see the big picture. Whatever you do, if it is only one brow that is thinning do not make a good eyebrow look like a bad one so that they are "even". Let mistakes grow back and cherish that perfect brow. We have all been there.
