When I was around 12-13ish, I started breaking out really badly. On my face AND my upper back! My back is basically calmed down now, I'm 16, and just a few small zits here and there. I was just wondering how I could get rid of the scarring because I don't ever wear backless dresses or tops because I'm so insecure! Please help?

I found that oil actually made it worse when I had little ones here and there, I also had long hair and I started tying it up more (eventually cut it) and slept with no shirt or bra on and my back is flawless, havnt had anything on it in over a month and it went away pretty quickly and now I feel free to wear bikinis and cute singlets with back pieces, good luck! Xo.

The scarring naturally goes away and doesn't take long :)

Use a good acne cream.. a benzoyl peroxide or salycilic acid formula will REALLY help, but start with a more dilute formula or it might cause a reaction if your skin isnt used to it. You need to continue using the solution atleast twice a day for best results. Scars and spots are the result of not treating acne on time.
The scars on your back may go away because the skin there is quite thick, but the scars on your face won't go away unless you treat them..
DO NOT use excess oil of any sort, and don't even use thick moisturising creams. The oil secreted by the body called sebum when left for too long attracts bacteria and thats what causes acne.
Take a shower TWICE a day since you have more oily skin on your back and face. And wash your face atleast thrice a day..
Be diligent about your skincare.. No need to go the whole cleanse-tone-moisturize way with it, just keep it clean and treat skin problems asap
