My eyebrows seem to be getting thinner...which method is the safest for shaping eyebrows without permanently removing hair?

Pluck. You can control what you take out with a tweezers.

If your brows are getting thin I wouldn't recommend any of them, I'd focus on getting them to grow back then worry about shaping them. Threading is probably your best bet.

If you have too much hair around and you just don't wanna pluck every god damn hair then thread otherwise pluck em.. plucking makes control the shape more

Plucking hurts the most but its the most accurate, personally what I do is wax but seems like everyone on here doesn't but its the least pain fullest

Threading or plucking for gentle upkeep for stray hairs. But if you wanna grow them more, don't go too overboard.

I'd say get them threaded. When I go to the salon, I specifically ask the woman just to make my eyebrows look clean. All she does is remove the stray hairs because I really like having thick brows.

I agree with vanessa...you can try castor oil to help grow them out and threading is a pretty good option for upkeep...it can be painful but its over in no time if you can wax or pluck you can thread :)

For the right shape I thread first then to tidy up strays I usually pluck. It's more precise. :)

All of the above if done enough has the potential to make the hairs not grow back. try to not do anything till they grow back a bit. threading can be gentler on your skin but still pulls out the root just like the others

Threading lasts so much longer for me. It also looks cleaner and has helped with my 'regrowth' period. I had a bad waxing experience and this way is easier for them to reshape them as they grow. :)
