I have tiny lips. Would lipstick look ok on me? what color?

Many colors really. I would just advise to stay away from nudes being that it'll make your lips appear smaller than they actually are & almost disappear. I would suggest starting with pinks first :)

Any color! I would just advise wearing a lip liner first no matter what color your wearing so you can define your lips. Or even draw outside your lipline so your lips appear a little bigger. And like natise said, nudes will make your lips look smaller or non existant.
