My favorite would be using Loreal hip eye shadow duo in shady use the dark brown shade ( I have black hair ) with an angled eyeliner brush . I wet the brush just a little then squeeze it between my fingers to make the brush very pointed and thin then I go over my brows in short motion like I'm drawing on individual hairs
