I am currently taking these at the moment when I remember to.. Problem is they are so big!! I can't swallow it! ( Lol shush ) I usually have to cut them up into three or four pieces.. Which is fine but I have to take three.. So after swallowing like a bunch of tiny pieces I can't swallow the rest.. Any recommendations?

Looks for vitamins that contain Keratin thats the protein found in your hair skin and nails however you have to take them daily and for several months before they even start working (according to my teacher,I'm a cosmetology student) so if you don't remember to take them and can't swallow the right amount its probably pointless to take them.

I'm very scared to take keratin.. It gives me some nasty migraines.

I have biotin from a brand called Superior Source that are "instant dissolve tablets", they're super tiny, dissolve pretty quickly, and taste kind of vanilla-y! Definitely not a bad flavor :) I've been taking these for a while and I really like them! You don't need water or food to take them, and I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my hair and skin and ESPECIALLY my nails! Definitely worth a shot, they come in different doses too, so you can take 1000 mcg or go all the way up to 10,000 mcg (I recommend starting out small, as biotin may break you out. I got pimples all over my legs when I started out too high of a dosage. Just a warning!). Good luck!!

@Maggie I will try a different brand... mine are pretty damn huge to the point where if I swallow one whole I won't make it or my esophagus will feel irritated. What brand are you using?
@Kayli I do not have a biotin deficiency or illness related to it so I prefer not to take biotin.I take iron pills and my nails are strong and long and rarely break so I'm okay with that. I'm focused more on my hair/skin as I'm trying to get it as healthy as possible.
