I sweat a lot n itz really too mch..I can't evn apply make up...my hair also sweats a lot as if I took bath..n can't wear dresses cz f sweating...please provide sm suggestions.

Take shower regularly and try anti-perseptant... I also sweat a lot so I switched my body sprays to the anti-perseptant deos... These are pretty good at keeping you fresh than body spray.

Take a shower in cold water or at least pool temp water, every morning.
Try milk of magnesia it's great for drying up oils
Get a dehumidifier in your room

Moisturizer your body. Yes it's weird but it'll help for the over compensation of oil. Especially on the face.

There is this roll on called maxim. I applied it for a week to my underarms and hairline and then continued using once a week. It literally stops you from sweating. Now I use about once a month when I remeber:)

There is a product called drysol that you can purchase at a drug store like shoppers drug mart try it it really helps.
