I personally wouldnt wear a high bun to an interview. Lately its become a bit 'glam' and I wouldnt want to come across as high maintenance.

I say yes and no. Really depends on the job you are applying for. If it is for something in the food industry I would definitely wear it up in the bun like the picture you posted. If it is for a clothing store/boutique sort of shop, you can wear it down but in a nice, polished way. You don't want to come across as distracted by your hair flying around, or getting caught in things, etc. Just go with your best judgment. You know your hair better than anyone. :) And good luck on your interview!!
